Diverseus conducted a “Skill Mapping and Training” seminar at UP School, Jadupur, Dumduma, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha on 2nd April, 2023. The target attendees for the seminar were the diverse candidates. By diverse candidates we mean the candidates from women and women on career break, LGBTQ+ , PWD ( persons with disability), ex-service. The seminar was conducted to assess the candidate’s current skill set and mapping the same with the desired skill set of the job profiles of the corporates. We did a one-to-one interview assessment and recorded the sessions for each attendee.
