Diverseus Society

Diverseus Society Trust, based out of Bhubaneshwar, is a not-for-profit organisation which works passionately at translating the aspirational vision of the organisations to have a skilled, diversified, equitable and inclusive (DEI) workspace.

Diverseus Society Trust envisages to undertake the following activities to achieve the goals:

• DEI sensitisation training in the corporates to identify and remove the biases, if any and to bring about the cultural change.
• Skill and talent mapping to bridge the gap between the corporates wanting to meet its DEI hiring targets and the candidates in search of such opportunities.
• Partnering with CSR agencies for wider reach and aims at working as a platform between corporations working towards diversity development as a CSR activity.
• Recruitment and headhunting: We have a diversity pool which caters to the corporates in increasing their diversity ratio. We provide the platform to corporations for hiring the skilled diverse candidates across the country.
