About Voice Of Change

The CSR Conclave 2025, held on February 1, by Diverseus Society Trust and Aashdit Foundation brought together industry leaders and experts to discuss sustainability, innovation, and inclusion across sectors. The event explored how businesses can drive positive social and environmental change through technology and inclusive practices. Ms. Archana Mishra, Trustee -Diverseus Society Trust and Ms. Surekha Routray, Director- Aashdit foundation both believe that Sustainability and inclusion are increasingly interconnected themes that are essential for an equitable future. Achieving net-zero emissions is critical not only for the environment but also for social equity, as vulnerable populations often bear the brunt of climate change impacts. The use of technology plays a pivotal role in enhancing inclusion, particularly through innovations that democratize access to resources and opportunities. For instance, sustainable nutrition efforts can leverage technology to deliver affordable, healthy food options to underserved communities, thus promoting both health and sustainability. In the fintech industry, inclusive financial services powered by digital platforms can empower marginalized groups, providing them with access to credit, savings, and investment opportunities. By integrating sustainability and inclusion into these sectors, we can foster a holistic approach that addresses environmental challenges while uplifting communities
