About Ikaai

“Ikaai” is a one-of-a-kind Diversity HR Conclave being conducted for the first time in Odisha by Diverseus Society and PNV Foundation that aims to create awareness and empower organizations to amplify the value of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Ikaai will provide a platform for leaders, HR professionals, and diversity and inclusion experts to share insights, best practices, and strategies to understand the skill gap and how to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Objective

• To understand the current demand and skill gap which will inspire and empower organizations to take a more proactive approach towards diversity and inclusion hiring
• To foster an environment where everyone feels valued and respected, and unlock the full potential of their workforce.
• We believe that creating a skill mapped opportunity will enhance the fitment of the diversity community hence enhancing a diverse and inclusive workplace which, not only is the right thing to do but also the key to driving innovation, growth, and success.
